A ratio of 1:15 free teacher to student ratio applies for primary school bookings and a ratio of 1:20 for secondary. I understand that numbers must be finalised no less than 2 weeks prior or longer if the school holidays impact this timeline to the performance and full payment is also due at this time. Any additional numbers after this date are subject to availability and immediate payment. Refunds requests are sent directly to the touring company for consideration and cannot be guaranteed.
I understand that to secure my booking a deposit of 25% is required. Box Office will invoice you for this at the time of processing.
