BMEC offers three licensed bars for functions and events. They are located in the BMEC Showroom, Wattle Foyer and Lower Foyer.
BMEC bars are a great place to meet and mingle with friends before a show. Enjoy a glass of bubbles, beer or local wine.
Bars are open one hour before each show and during intervals. On the opening night of Season shows the bar will be open for a limited period after the show to provide an opportunity for patrons to engage with the cast and crew.
BMEC operates under a Catering Policy which allows catering options to be open to all caterers who have completed the BMEC Accreditation document.
BMEC staff can provide you with a list of caterers who have completed this accreditation form and who have indicated that they wish to be considered for your style of event.
If the caterer of your choice is not listed, we would be happy to make contact with them to inform them of the process involved.
BMEC can also supply the very basic items in house such as biscuits with tea and coffee.
