All In is an uplifting, immersive experience that celebrates the richness and power of dance as a community unifier. It reminds us that dance can connect us in ways few other things can, facilitating social connection, joy and reflection.

Witness some of the best dancing you’ve ever seen, up close and personal, in this bespoke production, made alongside local artists. Led by Director/Choreographer Miranda Wheen, All In features performances from Dance Makers Collective featuring dance groups from the central west area.

With incredible music by award-winning composer Fiona Hill and featuring some of Australia’s greatest dancers, All In is a unique experience not to be missed, culminating in the best dance party you’ve ever been to. If the mood hits right, the dance just might infect you.

About The Company

Founded in 2012, Dance Makers Collective (DMC) is an award-winning national leader in dance. DMC is the largest collective-led dance company in Australia (with 11 Co-Directors) and the only Creative Australia Four Year Funded dance company in NSW. With a mission to build dance communities, DMC unites people by working with and between dance theatre, contemporary dance, and social dance.

From DMC’s home on Dharug Nura in Seven Hills, our Artistic Directorate (“The Collective”) co-create opportunities for people from diverse identities, backgrounds, ages and experiences to exchange, bond, and grow, using dance as a medium to build these connections.

Since 2012, DMC has produced no less than 83 dance works performed in theatres, halls, galleries, parks, on street corners, balconies, YouTube and Instagram.

DMC artists have worked/work with almost every funded dance company in Australia, including Australian Dance Theatre, Sydney Dance Company, Marrugeku, Bangarra Dance Theatre, GUTS Dance, Tasdance, Chunky Move, Restless Dance Theatre and more, as well as hundreds of independent artists. DMC artists’ individual practices feed the organisation, enriching the art DMC makes and the services the company offers.
