SOPHIE HANSEN
Sophie Hansen is one of Australia’s favorite contemporary country cooks. She hosts a lively community of followers of her weekly 5 Things to Be Cheerful About newsletter, Local is Lovely blog and Instagram, as well as countless pop-up dinners and events throughout regional Australia.
Sophie trained in print journalism and has over 25 years’ experience as a features writer. She lives with her family on a farm just outside Orange in New South Wales. She has written four cookbooks, including Around the Kitchen Table (with Annie Herron), A Basket by the Door and In Good Company.
Copies of What Can I Bring? will be available for sale on the night. Sophie will also be available to sign copies at the end of the event.

PETER HARRISON
Peter Harrison is the owner of Fish River Roasters, a boutique, regional Coffee Roastery based in Bathurst. He has a long history of involvement in the food industry in the Central West, owning and running cafes since the mid-1990’s, before establishing the hugely successful Fish River Roasters.
