ABOUT ELI STANFORD (Friday night)

Upcoming Orange singer-songwriter Eli Stanford. Surrounded by music all his life, he has a soulful voice that shines through on his latest release “Perfect Vision”. One of his major influences is Bill Withers and that groove reverberates through what Eli puts into his performance as his “music means everything to him”.

ABOUT KENT EASTWOOD (Friday night and Saturday lunch)

His music will slip through your fingers, disarming any possibility of resistance… Growing up in the company of folk, Americana and acoustic greats such Cohen, Dylan and Springsteen, Kent Eastwood’s song writing style leans into the precious and sometimes bittersweet moments of everyday life, inviting and welcoming the listener into intimate worlds that might otherwise be glossed over. His music sits comfortably alongside Glen Hansard, Bon Iver and Foy Vance. His sets are genuine, eclectic and a joy to get lost in.

ABOUT ANDY NELSON (Saturday lunch)

In 2017, Andy Nelson began playing around the local venues in his native Central West NSW region.  It didn’t take long before the troubadour decided he would enter the realm of song writing –and has never looked back. In just a few months Andy wrote and recorded his debut E.P, enveloping songs about family, love and loss with his rustic Americana style. Quickly taking it to the people he has supported the Small Halls Festival Tour and played at several festivals such at the National Folk Festival, The End Festival, Inland Sea of Sounds and was a semi-finalist in the 2018 Bluesfest busking competition. In 2019, Andy spent 10 days in a secluded farm house in the Kangaroo Valley where he recorded his debut album ‘Man on the Mountain’. The song themes once again reveal there are some deep thoughts, whether it’s dealing with greed or simply pursuing what you love vs accepting the status quo.
