Our Education program offers live performances, workshops and other educational experiences for students from Pre-School, Early Stage 1 right through to Stage 6. We offer heavily subsidised ticket prices to make it possible for every student in the Bathurst Regional Council area as well as our neighbouring LGAs can access at least one performing arts experience at BMEC each year.

Based on the novel by Tristan Bancks, this drama explores the refugee experience, centring on themes of displacement, belonging, and shared humanity. Developed in collaboration with Hazara artists and young people, this new stage production seeks to ignite conversations, using theatre as a catalyst for truth-telling and change.
