ELEMENTS OF TECHNICAL PRODUCTION

In theatre various production elements are used to create the world of the play. In the workshop you will look at ‘how to’ do sound, lighting and audio visual.

Karl has been the Theatre Technical Officer at Charles Sturt University for 20 years. He has trained hundreds of theatre, event and entertainment industry graduates, as well as continued working as a professional theatre and event designer.

Before coming to CSU, Karl built scenery for Opera Australia, as well as working as a theatre designer, technician and scenic artist. As well, he has worked on events from small corporate projects to large scale projects for government stakeholders.
