The Fifth House are an A Cappella Jazz and Pop Quintet. Presenting an exciting collection of new arrangements, the Fifth House are returning to Bathurst and Canowindra after their highly acclaimed shows at the huge Choralfest in Port Macquarie this July. The group was invited by The Australian National Choral Association (ANCA) as guest performers at the festival which was held at Port's famous "Glass House", the brand new entertainment centre. Sharing the stage with some of Australia's finest groups and choirs and mixing with famous international groups has focused a spot light on this ever more popular quintet from Sydney. The Fifth House won 1st prize in the small vocal ensemble category at last year's Sydney Eisteddfod (McDonalds Challenge) and this has spurred them onto greater efforts to bring high quality a cappella to the general public. Their eclectic mix of arrangements and styles never fails to amuse, delight and entertain audiences where-ever they perform. Sometimes swingy, sometimes moody, but always a lot of fun."
Morganics Morganics is an award winning hip hop artist, spoken word performer, director and passionate community worker. He is Australia's foremost hip hop theatre practitioner. He also produced an album for ex street kids, Wayahudi Family, in Tanzania and released his own CD/DVD "Hip Hop Is My Passport". Morganics is currently working on his forthcoming book "Memoirs of a Hip Hop Nomad".
